The information on the BHS Websites, including, without limitation, all design, text, images, press releases, and other information, is protected under United States and other copyright laws and is owned by Brink's or used under license from the copyright owner. Nothing contained on the BHS Websites should be construed as granting you any license or right to use any of the Trademarks for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, use of the Trademarks as metatags on other websites, without Brink's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited. Linking. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The laws of the state of Texas will apply to all matters relating to the use of the BHS Websites. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Courts of Dallas County, Texas, and to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas, Texas. Severability. If a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Brink's reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to terminate your access to the BHS Websites for any reason, without prior notice. Changes. Brink's may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice; however, the most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available to you by clicking on the link at the bottom of the BHS Websites. You are encouraged to regularly review these Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
